I'm on my 3rd year at Gateway Terrace, and I'm so happy I am. They make our safety, cleanliness, access, and overall happiness priorities. When I reach out to the office, I get a response quickly. If anything is broken or needs attention, I can ask and it will get taken care of. The front office is always so nice and patient with me. I can trust where I live, and that's really cool. The neighbors are respectful. Laundry onsite. Pets allowed. Easy to use tenant portal. 10/10 Best place I've lived
